Dialogue I

A: Excuse me. (Permisi)

B: Yes, what can I do for you? (Ya, apa yang bisa saya bantu?)

A: Can you help me find my seat? (Bisakah Anda bantu saya menemukan kursi saya?)

B: What’s your seat number? (Berapa nomor tempat duduk Anda?)

A: Let me see. It’s 14B. (Biar saya lihat dulu. Nomornya 14B)

B: You’ll only have to check the sign above the seat, they are put in order. Please come with me. Seat 14B is here. You can use this compartment to keep your luggage.

A: Can I sit by the window? (Boleh saya duduk di dekat jendela?)

B: You’ll need to ask the person beside you if they want to exchange seat. For now, please take your own.

A: Alright. Thank you. (Baiklah. Terima kasih)

Dialogue II

A: Hi, can I get some drink? (Hai, boleh saya minta minum?)

B: Of course, what’d you like to have? (Tentu, Anda mau minum apa?)

A: Do you have coke? (Apakah kalian ada minuman bersoda?)

B: We do. Would you like ice with that? (Ya. Apakah Anda mau pakai es batu?)

A: Sure. How much do I owe you? (Ya. Berapa saya harus membayar?)

B: The coke is free-of-charge. Would you like anything else? (Minuman bersodanya tidak dipungut biaya. Apakah Anda mau yang lain lagi?)

A: Umm… Can I get a pair of headphones? (Hm… Bisa saya minta headphone?)

B: Certainly. (Ya)

A: Also, could I get a pillow? (Boleh saya minta bantal juga?)

B: Of course, Sir. Please wait a moment. (Tentu, Pak. Mohon tunggu sebentar)

A: Thank you. (Terima kasih)

Dialogue III

A: Excuse me. (Permisi)

B: Yes, Ma’am? (Ya, bu?)

A: I was asleep during the meal service. Could I get something to eat? (Saya tertidur saat jam pembagian makan. Bisa saya minta sesuatu untuk dimakan?)

B: Would you like chicken or pasta? (Anda mau ayam atau pasta?)

A: Is there any vegetarian meal? (Apakah ada makanan vegetarian?)

B: I’m afraid we’re out of it. (Maaf, sudah habis)

A: I’ll have pasta, then. (Saya mau pasta saja kalau begitu)

B: Would you like anything to drink? (Apakah Anda mau minum sesuatu?)

A: Sure, what do you have? (Tentu, ada apa saja?)

B: We have soda, orange juice and mineral water for complimentary drinks. We also have cocktails for $4.

A: I want the orange juice. (Saya mau jus jeruknya)

B: Do you need anything else? (Apa Anda perlu yang lain lagi?)

A: That’s all. (Itu saja cukup)

B: I’ll be back with your order. One moment, please. (Saya akan kembali dengan pesanan Anda. Sebentar, ya)

A: Yeah, thanks. (Ya, terima kasih)

A: It’s getting cold here in the cabin. Could I get a blanket? (Mulai dingin, ya, di kabin. Bisa saya minta selimut?)

B: Here it is. Would you like a pillow, too? (Ini. Apa Anda mau bantal juga?)

A: Sure. By the way, my headphones are not working. (Tentu. Ngomong-ngomong, headphone saya tidak berfungsi)

B: Let me get you another pair. (Biar saya ambilkan yang lain)

A: How long before we land? (Berapa ama lagi kita mendarat?)

B: We will be landing in about 40 minutes. (Kita akan mendarat dalam sekitar 40 menit)

A: Well, still long way to go. Can I get airsickness bag, please? (Wah, masih panjang perjalanannya. Bisa saya dapat kantung untuk muntah?)

B:  I’m sorry, but we’re out of it. (Maaf, kami kehabisan kantungnya)

A: I’ll need something to drink, then. Do you have hot coffee? (Kalau begitu saya butuh sesuatu untuk diminum. Apa kalian punya kopi panas?)

B: We do, but it’s not on the list of our complimentary drinks.

A: How much is it? (Berapa harganya?)

B: The coffee is $3. (Kopinya $3)

A: I’ll have one. (Saya mau satu)

B: Would you like some milk in it? (Apa Anda mau susu di dalamnya?)
