Contoh percakapan bahasa Inggris saat menebus obat di apotik

Ketika pergi berobat, tak jarang dokter akan menuliskan resep obat untuk kita yang selanjutnya perlu dibawa ke apotek untuk ditebus. Lalu, bagaimanakah cara untuk mengatakan pada sang apoteker jika kita hendak menebus resep obat tersebut? Kali ini, kita akan mempelajarinya melalui rangkaian dialog bahasa Inggris di bawah ini. Selamat belajar.

Dialogue I

A: Hi, how may I help you? (Hai, ada yang bisa saya bantu?)

B: Hi there, I need to get my prescription filled. (Hai, saya perlu menebus resep saya)

A: Sure, give me the doctor’s note. (Baik, berikan catatan dokternya)

B: Here it is. (Ini)

A: I’ll have your prescription drugs ready shortly. Please wait a moment. (Akan saya siapkan obatmu segera. Mohon tunggu sebentar)

B: Okay. (Baiklah)

A: Here you go. Have you taken this medication before? (Ini. Sudahkah kau mengkonsumsi obat ini sebelumnya?)

B: No, I haven’t. Actually it’s my first time having drugs prescribed for me. (Belum. Sebenarnya ini pertama kali saya dapat resep obat)

A: Alright, let me tell you the dosage information. You should take this medicine three times a day, one tablet every after meal. Remember, never take it on empty stomach. It goes the same for the pills. (Baiklah, biar saya beritahukan dosisnya. Kau harus minum obat ini tiga kali sehari, satu tablet setelah makan. Ingat, jangan pernah minum obat ini dalam kondisi perut kosong. Aturannya sama untuk pilnya)

B: I got it. Thank you. (Saya paham. Terima kasih)

Dialogue II

A: Good morning, what can I do for you? (Selamat pagi, apa yang bisa saya bantu?)

B: I have this prescription. (Saya ada resep ini)

A: Let me see… Alright, let me get that for you. One moment, please. (Biar saya lihat…Baiklah, biar saya ambilkan. Sebentar, ya)

B: I’ll wait. (Akan saya tunggu)

A: Here you are. Do you need anything else? (Ini. Apakah kau butuh yang lain?)

B: Can you tell me how I should use it? (Bisakah kau beritahu cara penggunaannya?)

A: I suggest that you drink warm water and use some oil. (Saya sarankan kau minum air hangat dan pakai minyak-minyakan)

Dialogue III

A: Please come back in 20 minutes and it will be ready. (Mohon kembali dalam 20 menit dan obatnya akan siap)

A: You should take this once a day at bedtime. You can take it with or without food, but never drink alcohol while you’re on it. (Anda harus minum ini sehari sekali pada jam tidur. Anda boleh minum dengan atau tanpa makanan, akan tetapi tidak boleh minum alkohol selama mengonsumsinya)

A: Ten days for this one. Beware that you might get a little dizzy and nausea on the first days. Please stop and come back if there’s any serious side effects. (Sepuluh hari untuk yang ini. Dialogue IV

A: Is she also having cough? (Apakah dia juga batuk?)

B: No, but her nose has been runny since yesterday. (Tidak, tapi hidungnya meler sejak kemarin)

A: I’ll get you something from the back. Do you need anything else? (Akan kuambilkan sesuatu dari belakang. Kau butuh yang lain lagi?)

B: Umm… I guess I need dental floss and mouthwash. (Hmm…saya rasa saya perlu benang gigi dan obat cuci mulut)

A: We have some down the first aisle over there, if you’d like to take a look. (Kami punya beberapa di lorong pertama sebelah sana, barangkali kau mau melihat-lihat)

B: I will, thank you. (Ya, terima kasih)
