Berikut ini adalah contoh percakapan 2 (dua) orang melalui telepon mengenai bimbingan teknis IT komputer.

Dialog 1

A: “Good afternoon, IT support help desk. How can we help you today?” (Selamat siang, layanan bantuan IT. Ada yang bisa kami bantu hari ini?)

B: “Hello, I need some help with my computer. It has been stuck on the same screen for a few minutes now and I can’t even move the cursor.”

A: “Have you tried pressing Ctrl+Alt+Delete from your keyboard to restart the computer?”

B: “I have done that countless times. It is still unresponsive. Is there any other way to fix this?” (Saya sudah melakukan itu berulang kali. Masih tidak responsif. Apakah ada cara lain untuk membetulkannya?)

A: “Try pressing the power button on your CPU for a few seconds until it shuts down automatically. Leave it for around 10 seconds and then you can try to turn it on again.” (Coba tekan tombol power di CPU Anda selama beberapa detik hingga mati secara otomatis. Diamkan selama sekitar 10 detik lalu Anda bisa coba menyalakannya lagi.)

B: “Okay, I will do that. Thank you very much. I will contact you again if I encounter any more problems.” (Baiklah, saya akan melakukan itu. Terima kasih banyak. Saya akan menghubungi Anda kembali jika saya menemui masalah lagi)

A: “Alright, feel free to contact us. Have a nice day.” (Baiklah, silakan mengontak kami. Semoga hari Anda baik)

Dialog 2

A: “Good morning. Is there anything we could help you today?” (Selamat pagi.

B: “Hello, I would like to ask some things regarding my laptop. I’ve just bought it but apparently the system isn’t installed yet.” (Halo, saya ingin menanyakan beberapa hal mengenai laptop saya. Saya baru membelinya namun ternyata sistemnya belum dipasang)

A: “Alright, sir. Usually if the system hasn’t been installed on the laptop, there is a DVD included in your packaging. Inside it you will find the data you will need to install the system yourself.” (Baiklah, pak.

B: “I’m afraid I don’t know how to do that. Can you walk me through it?” (Sepertinya saya tidak tahu bagaimana cara melakukannya. Bisakah Anda menuntun saya?)

A: “Okay, you can start by inserting the DVD inside your DVD-rom. Once loaded, turn on your laptop and the install setup will pops up. After that you can select “Install” by using your up and down button and pressing enter.”

B: “Okay, I think I got it now. Thank you so much for your help. May I call this help desk again if I found any more trouble?” (Baiklah, sepertinya saya mengerti sekarang. Terima kasih banyak atas bantuan Anda. Bolehkah saya menghubungi layanan bantuan ini lagi jika saya menemukan kesulitan lagi?)

A: “Of course, sir. Thank you for contacting us. Have a nice day.” (Tentu saja, Pak. Terima kasih telah menghubungi kami. Semoga hari Anda menyenangkan.)

Dialog 3

A: “Good afternoon, IT support here. What can I help you?”(Selamat siang, layanan IT di sini. Ada yang bisa saya bantu?)

B: “Good afternoon. I need immediate help. I think I’ve accidentally deleted all of my files. There are some important documents there.” (Selamat siang. Saya perlu bantuan secepatnya.

A: “Did you accidentally clicked delete on all of your files, Ma’am?”

B: “I think so. Because they are all gone now.” (Sepertinya begitu. Karena semuanya hilang sekarang)

A: “Okay, calm down. I need you to close all of the programs first. After that on your desktop you’ll see Recycle Bin program. Open that and click restore deleted files.” (Baiklah, tenang. Saya perlu Anda menutup semua program terlebih dahulu.

B: “Oh thank God. They’re all back now. Thank you so much.” (Oh, puji Tuhan. Semuanya sudah kembali sekarang. Terima kasih banyak)

A: “No worries.” (Jangan khawatir)

Semoga bermanfaat 🙂
