All of the employees in my company is required to be proficient in Chinese. Maybe it's because our boss is a Chinese.

kata "All of my employees" jelas merupakan bentuk jamak. kata "All of...." menunjukkan expressions of quantity dan "employees" merupakan kata benda berbentuk jamak, jadi harus diikuti juga oleh kata kerja berbentuk jamak sehingga "is required" salah, seharusnya "are required".
