Bagaimana cara membaca nomor buku, kitab, halaman, ayat, bab, edisi, dll dalam bahasa Inggris?

Sebelumnya saya sudah membahas mengenai cara membaca nomor telepon dalam bahasa Inggris, nah sekarang saya akan membahas cara membaca nomor buku, kitab, halaman, ayat, bab, edisi, dan sebagainya.

Berikut ini contohnya:

• Vol. II dibaca "volume two" atau "the second volume" (jilid 2).
• Chap. IV dibaca "chapter four" atau "the fourth chapter" (bab keempat).
• Page 3 dibaca "page three" atau "the third page" (halaman 3).
• Page 352 dibaca "page three hundred fifty-two" (halaman 352).
• See pp. 19-23 dibaca "see pages nineteen to twenty-three" (lihat halaman 19 sampai 23).
• Lesson 99 dibaca "lesson ninety-nine" (pelajaran ke-99).
• Exercise 32 dibaca "exercise thirty-two" (latihan ke-32).
• Section 41 dibaca "section forty-one" (bagian ke-41).
• Act IX dibaca "act nine" atau "the ninth act" (babak kesembilan).
• As-Saff 28:6 dibaca "As-Saff, Part twenty-eight, Verse six" (Ash-Shaff, Juz Kedua puluh delapan, Ayat Enam).
• Matt. XV:21 dibaca "Matthew, Chapter fifteen, Verse twenty-one" (Matius, Bab Kelima Belas, Ayat Dua puluh satu).
• Oedipus at Colonus II I:37 dibaca "Oedipus at Colonus Act two, Scene one, Line thirty-seven" (Oedipus di Kolonus, Babak kedua, Adegan satu, Baris ke-37).
• Mozart Op. 58 dibaca "Mozart Opus fifty-eight" (karya Mozart ke -58).
