Business partnership letter atau disebut juga sebagai surat kemitraan bisnis adalah surat yang ditulis ketika seorang pebisnis ingin menjalin usaha melalui cara patungan atau kerja sama dengan bisnis lain. Surat ini menjelaskan bisnis apa yang akan membantu calon mitra dan bagaimana usaha patungan akan bermanfaat bagi bisnis mereka. Selain itu, manfaatnya adalah sebagai peluang bagi pebisnis yang mencari kemitraan untuk memasarkan bisnis mereka.
