Contoh percakapan bahasa Inggris tentang delay penerbangan pesawat

Tidak semua hal berjalan sesuai dengan rencana dan keinginan kita, termasuk dalam hal penerbangan. Ada kalanya pesawat yang akan kita tumpangi mengalami delay atau penundaan dalam penerbangan. Beberapa hal yang dapat mempengaruhi penundaan penerbangan diantaranya adalah cuaca, masalah pada pesawat seperti kerusakan mesin, gangguan pada landasan pacu seperti kerusakan aspal bandara, kepadatan lalu lintas penerbangan, dan sebagainya.

Berikut ini saya berikan contoh percakapan atau dialog bahasa Inggris tentang delay atau penundaan penerbangan pesawat:

Dialog 1

Passenger: Excuse me. (Permisi)

Staff: Is there something I can do for you (Apakah ada yang bisa saya bantu?)

Passenger :  My flight is 09.00 in the morning. Now it is 08.40 and I didnt hear any announcement for bording. Did I missed it? (Penerbangan saya jam 09.00 pagi. Sekarang sudah jam 08.40 dan saya tidak mendengar pengumunan untuk naik pesawat. Apakah saya tidak mendengarnya?)

Staff : May I see your ticket please? (bisakah saya melihat tiket Anda?)

Passenger: Here it is (ini tiket saya)

Staff : Oh yeas, the flight fo Sydney witk Auslink has experience some problem (Oh ya, Penerbangan ke Sydney dengan Auslink mengalami beberapa masalah)

Passenger : What kind of problem? (masalah seperti apa?)

Staff : Let me check one moment (sebentar saya akan memeriksanya)

Passenger : Ok I will wait (baik, saya akan menunggu)

Staff : We are very sorry, mam. I am afraid the plane is delayed. The delay is estimated to ne two hour from the time of the departure (kami minta maaf, bu. Sayangnya pesawat Anda mengalami kendala. Keterlambatan penerbangan diperkiraan akan jadi dua jam dari waktu keberangkatan yang sudah ditetapkan)

Passenger : what is wrong? Is it a certain that we will depart in two hours or you really dont know what is the problem? (apa masalah apa? Apakah Anda yakin kita akan berangkat dalam waktu dua jam atau Anda tidak benar-benar tahu masalah yang sebenarnya?)

Staff : There is a small engine issue. We have our staff look in to it. Please take a sit and we will have another announcement within two hours (ada masalah kecil dengan mesin. Kami sudah memiliki teknisi yang memperbaikinya. Tolong Anda kembali ke tempat duduk dan kami akan memberikan pengumuman lanjutan dalam waktu dua jam)

Passenger : Ok, thank you very much (Ok. Terima kasih banyak)

Dialog 2

Passenger : Excuse me. I heard the announcement that flight NDW21 to Malaysia is delayed, is it true? (Maaf. Saya mendengar pengumuman kalau penerbangan NDW21 ke Malaysia terlambat, apakah benar?)

Staff: I am sorry for the invonvinience, yes it is true, Sir. (kami minta maaf untuk ketidak nyamanannya. Benar pesawat mengalami keterlambatan)

Passenger : Do you know what is the problem? Is it a long delay or a short one? (apakah Anda tahu masalahnya apa> Apakah akan jadi keterlambatan lama atau sebentar saja?)

Staff : There is heavy rain that cause visibility issue. (Ada hujan lebat yang menyebabkan jarak penglihatan bermasalah)

Passenger: Ah, that’s very unfortunate. I guess it will take sometime (itu sangat sayang sekali. Saya rasa akan butuh waktu ya)

Staff : I am very sorry sir. However if the problem is with the weather, we cant really make any confirmation how long is the delay (Kami sangat menyesal, Pak. Sayangnya, kalau masalah terletak pada cuaca, kami tidak dapat memastikan berapa lama keterlambatan keberangkatannya.)

Passenger : I understand. Thank you for your help (saya mengerti. Terima kasih untuk bantuannya)

Staff : Please make use of our private loudge. We have served some snacks and beverages for the passenger. Kindly wait there for further information (Mohon memanfaatkan lobi pribadi kami. Kami sudah menyediakan cemilan dan minuman untuk para penumpang. Mohon menunggu disana untuk informasi selanjutnya)

Passenger : Ok. Thank you (ok, terima kasih)

May I know when the flight will leave? I have been waiting for an hour, and there seems to be no information about that. (Ah, sayang sekali. Boleh saya tahu kapan penerbangannya akan berangkat? Saya sudah menunggu selama satu jam, dan sepertinya tidak ada pengumuman tentang itu)

Staff: We are very sorry for the inconvenience. We have not gotten the information yet from the air traffic controller about that. We will announce it to you once we get it. (Kami mohon maaf atas ketidaknyamanannya. Kami belum menerima informasi dari pemandu lalu lintas udara akan hal itu. Kami akan mengumumkannya kepada Anda setelah kami menerimanya)

Passenger: Okay. (Oke)

Staff: Again, we are very sorry for the delay and the inconvenience. (Sekali lagi, kami minta maaf yang sebesar-besarnya atas keterlambatan dan ketidaknyamanannya)
