Dialog 1

A: Welcome to the store. How can I help you? (Selamat datang di toko. Ada yang bisa saya bantu?)

B: I’m looking for a dress. Preferably a mini dress. (Saya sedang mencari sebuah gaun. Kalau bisa gaun pendek.)

A: May I know what occassion is it for?

B: It’s for a New Year’s Party. (Itu untuk acara Pesta Tahun Baru)

A: Alright. Follow me through here. I think we have just the right dress for you. Here you go. (Baiklah. Ikuti saya melalui sini.

B: This is nice. But do you have it in black?

A: We sure do. Here you go. (Tentu kami punya. Ini dia.)

B: Oh I like this. May I go change into it in the dressing room? (Oh, saya suka ini. Bolehkah saya memakainya di ruang ganti pakaian?)

A: Of course. The dressing room is right at the back. (Tentu saja. Ruang ganti pakaiannya ada di belakang)

B: Okay. I think the size is a bit too small for me. Do you have a bigger size? (Baiklah.

A: Try this. This one is bigger. (Coba yang ini. Yang ini lebih besar)

B: Alright. This one is a nice fit. I’ll take it. (Baiklah. Yang ini cocok dengan baik. Saya akan membelinya)

A: Thank you for shopping here. (Terima kasih telah berbelanja di sini)

Dialog 2

A: Good afternoon. Is there anything I can help you with? (Selamat siang.

B: Good afternoon. I would like to return a dress that I bought here yesterday. Would that be possible? (Selamat siang.

A: May I know what is your complain, Ma’am? (Bolehkah saya ketahui apa keluhan Anda, Bu?)

B: The size is too big for me. Would I be able to exchange it with another one in my size?

A: I’m afraid that’s not possible, Ma’am. There has to be a factory faulty for you to exchange it. But we do have another one in your size if you would like to purchase it.

B: No, thank you. Thanks for your unhelpful aid.

Dialog 3

A: Good morning. Welcome to the boutique. Do you need help with anything? (Selamat pagi. Selamat datang di butik. Apakah Anda membutuhkan bantuan untuk sesuatu?)

B: Yes, I would like to return the jacket I bought yesterday. I found a hole right underneath the armpit.

A: May I see the jacket, Sir? (Bolehkah saya lihat jaketnya, Pak?)

B: Yes. Here it is. (Iya. Ini dia.)

A: Okay, Sir. It seems that we are at fault here. Would you like to be reimbursed or would you like us to exchange it to a new one? (Baiklah, Pak. Sepertinya kami melakukan kesalahan di sini. Apakah Anda ingin uang Anda kembali ataukah Anda ingin kami menggantinya dengan jaket yang baru?)

B: Would it be possible if you exchange it but in another color?

A: Of course, Sir. What color would you like? We have this jacket in brown, black, and dark red. (Tentu saja, Pak.

B: I would like it in brown, please. (Saya ingin itu dalam warna cokelat, tolong)

A: Alright. Please wait a minute. Here you go, sir. We are so sorry for the inconvenience. (Baiklah. Mohon tunggu sebentar. Ini dia, Pak. Kami meminta maaf atas ketidaknyamanannya)

B: No problem. Thank you for your help. (Tidak masalah. Terima kasih atas bantuan Anda)

A: Have a nice day, Sir. (Semoga hari Anda baik, Pak)
