pemakaian determiner 'a' pada kata 'a capital' salah, harusnya pakai 'the' karena Jakarta adalah tempat yang sudah spesifik. Jadi kalimat benarnya "Jakarta, the capital city of Indonesia, is the most populous city in Southeast."
