Infinitive adalah bentuk kata kerja pertama seperti to go, to sing, to read, to write, to dance, to clean dst. Artinya infinitif adalah verba yang belum mengalami konjugasi atau perubahan bentuk karena pengaruh kala, aspek, kasus, modus, dan persona.
