Customer relation: Good afternoon. I am Linda. Have a seat, please. Is there anything I can do for you? (Selamat siang. Saya Linda. silakan duduk. Ada yang bisa saya bantu?)

Intan: Good afternoon, Mrs. Linda. I would like to open saving account. (Selamat siang, Bu Linda. Saya ingin membuka rekening.)

Customer relation: Ok, may I know your name, please? (Baiklah, boleh saya tahu nama Anda?)

Intan: I am Intan. (Saya Intan.)

Customer relation: Well, Mrs. Intan, do you ever have any saving account here?

Intan: Not yet, but my husband is customer of National Bank. (Belum, tapi suami saya adalah nasabah Bank Nasional.)

Customer relation: To make a new saving account, you need to pay Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand rupiahs) for initial deposit and Rp 5.000 (five thousand rupiahs) for administration fee. The saving rate is 2%. You also need to fill in the application form. So, may I borrow your ID card, Miss Intan? Bunganya sebesar 2%. Anda juga perlu mengisi formulir pembuatan rekening. Bolehkah saya pinjam KTP-nya, Bu Intan?)

Intan: Here it is. (ini dia.)

After filling in the application form. (Setelah mengisi formulir pembukaan rekening.)

Customer relation: Your data is complete. May I have your signature over here and one more time in the passbook?

Intan: Yes. (Ya.)

Customer relation: This is your ID card and passbook, Miss Intan. You can stand in line to save the initial deposit. Is there anything else I can do for you?

Intan: May I print my husband's passbook? (Bolehkah saya mencetak transaksi buku tabungan suami saya?)

Customer relation: Of course. (Tentu.)

After printing the passbook. (Setelah mencetak buku tabungan.)

Customer relation: This is the passbook. The last transaction is December the third, 2009 (two thousand nine). There is withdrawal Rp 1,500,000 (one million five hundred rupiahs). (Ini buku tabungannya. Transaksi terakhir tanggal 3 Desember 2009. Ada penarikan tunai Rp 1.500.000.)

Intan: Yes, that's right. Thank you so much, Miss Linda. (Ya, benar. Terima kasih banyak, Bu Linda.)

Customer relation: You're welcome, Mrs. Intan. (sama-sama, Bu Intan.)

What does the woman express?
Man: Where should we take a vacation to this year? Let’s decide soon.

Man: I think going to the lake must be better.
Woman: Ok dear.
What have they decided?
Man: Oh my god, this traffic is making me crazy.
Woman: Absolutely! I think there must be an accident.
Man: I think so too. It’s almost seven o’clock. We’ll be late for school.
Woman: We’d better tell our teacher that we’re coming late, because of the traffic. We hope and pray that traffic will be fine soon and we will not miss the first lesson.
Man: Okay, let’s call her.
What is the best solution they have?
Man: Excuse me, is this seat taken?
Woman: No, please sit down.
Man: By the way, what is the announcement about?
Woman: Flight ticket 505 to Denpasar is delayed.
What does the man ask the woman when he sees her?
