Contoh percakapan bahasa Inggris tentang komplain makanan di restoran

Ketika memesan suatu makanan di restoran atau kafe, apabila makanan yang kita pesan tidak sesuai, tidak enak, atau lama datangnya, maka kita akan komplain pada pelayan maupun manajer restoran tersebut. Berikut adalah contoh dialog percakapan bahasa Inggris tentang komplain makanan di restoran dalam bahasa Inggris:

Waiter: Good evening sir! Welcome to Simpang Tigo Restaurant. This is our menu, you can choose the food or drink you like. (Selamat malam pak! Selamat datang di restoran Simpang Tigo. Ini menu kami pak, Anda dapat memilih minuman dan makanan yang anda sukai.)

Customer: Thank you. What is the best seller here? (Terima kasih. Menu apa yang paling laris di sini?)

Waiter : We have the recommended drink for you sir. It’s avocado and dragon fruit juice. For the food of course Rendang. What do you want to order, Sir? (Kami punya minuman terbaik untuk anda pak. Jus alpukat dan buah naga. Untuk makanannya tentu saja Rendang. Anda mau pesan yang mana, Pak?)

Customer: I am interested in the juice. Give me one, but please you don’t need to give dragon fruit and give extra sugar please. Wait.. and Rendang with cincang soup for the food. (Aku tertarik dengan jusnya. Beri aku satu, tapi tolong anda tidak perlu menambahkan buah naganya dan tolong berikan juga ekstra gula. Tunggu untuk makanannya rendang dengan sup cincangnya.)

Waiter: Okay. Please wait for about five minutes. (Oke. Mohon tunggu sekitar lima menit.)

Cutomer: It’s okay. (Tidak masalah.)

10 minutes later……… (10 Menit kemudian………)

Waiter: These are your orders sir. A glass of avocado and dragon fruit juice and Rendang with Cincang soup. (Ini semua pesanan anda pak. Segelan jus alpukat dan buah naga dan rending dengan sup cinang nya.)

Customer: Excuse me! I am sorry but this is not like what I expected. (Maaf! Saya mohon maaf, tapi ini tidak seperti apa yang aku harapkan.)

Waiter: I’m so sorry sir. Is there any problem with your order? (Maaf pak. Apakah ada yang salah dengan pesanannya?)

Customer: Yeah. I think there is something wrong about the juice. Do you still remember what I’ve ordered? (Ya. Saya pikir ada yang salah dengan jusnya. Apakah kamu masih ingat dengan apa yang telah aku pesan?)

Waiter: Okay sir, let me repeat your order. A galss avocado and dragon fruit juice and Rendang with Cincang soup. (Oke pak, aku akan ulangi pesanan anda. Segelas jus alpukat dan buah naga dan Rendang dengan sup cincang.)

Customer: Well, I’ve just ordered a glass avocado juice without dragon fruit and add some extra sugar. (Baikalah, aku baru saja memesan segelas jus alpukat tanpa buah naga dan tolong berikan ekstra gula.)

Waiter: Oh.. I am so sorry sir. That’s all my responsibility. Please forgive me, I will change the juice. (Oh… saya minta maaf pak. Semuanya tanggung jawab saya. Mohon maaaf kan saya, saya akan mengganti jus nya.)

Customer: It’s all right. (Tidak apa-apa.)

Waiter: It’s your new order sir. I hope your are enjoy eating here. (Ini pesanan baru anda pak. Saya harap anda menikmati makan di sini.)

Customer:Thanks, you have the best and quick delivery service. (Terima kasih, restoran anda mempunyai pelayanan yang terbaik dan tercepat.)

Waiter: That is our priority sir. Anything else, sir? (Itu adalah prioritas kami pak. Ada lagi yang lainnya?)

Customer: No, thank you. (Tidak, terima kasih.)

Waiter : Well. Have a nice dinner, sir. (Baiklah. Semoga makan malamnya nikmat pak.)

Customer: Sure. (Tentu.)
