Contoh dialog bahasa Inggris di bank tentang mengganti kartu ATM yang rusak dan hilang

Pada zaman modern seperti saat ini, untuk mengambil, mentransfer, dan menabung uang tidak harus dilakukan di kantor bank, akan tetapi bisa dilakukan melalui mesin ATM (Automated Teller Machine / Anjungan Tunai Mandiri). Namun apa jadinya kalau kartu ATM kita rusak, hilang atau mungkin juga tertelan oleh mesin ATM, maka kita mau tidak mau harus mengurus untuk dibuatkan kartu ATM baru di bank.

Berikut ini contoh dialog atau percakapan bahasa Inggris di bank antara petugas bank dengan nasabah tentang mengganti kartu ATM yang rusak dan hilang dalam bahasa Inggris:

Dialog mengganti kartu ATM yang rusak

Bank clerk: Good morning. Welcome to ABC Bank. How may I help you, sir? (Selamat pagi. Selamat datang di Bank ABC. Ada yang bisa saya bantu?)
