Bank clerk: Good morning. Welcome to ABC Bank. How may I help you, sir? (Selamat pagi. Selamat datang di Bank ABC. Ada yang bisa saya bantu?)

Customer: Good morning. I would like to request an ATM card replacement. Is that possible? (Selamat pagi. Saya ingin memohon pergantian kartu ATM. Apakah bisa?)

Bank clerk: Certainly, sir. You need to provide us your ID, the passbook, and the card you wish to replace (Bisa, Pak.

Customer: Yeah, I bring them with me now. (Ya, saya membawanya)

Bank clerk: May I have them? (Boleh saya lihat?)

Customer: Sure. Here you are. (Tentu saja. Ini)

Bank clerk: So the card is under David Brown. Am I correct? (Jadi kartunya atas nama David Brown. Apakah saya benar?)

Customer: Totally. (Benar)

Bank clerk: Okay. May I know why you would like to replace your card? (Oke. Boleh saya tahu mengapa Anda ingin mengganti kartu Anda?)

Customer: I think the old one is damaged. I cannot do any transactions at an ATM at all. The machine always rejects it. Mesinnya selalu menolak kartu saya)

Bank clerk: Oh I see. Okay now I can copy a new card for you. Could you please enter your password here? (Oh begitu.

Customer: Sure thing. (Baik)

Bank clerk: All right. Here are your ID, the passbook, and the new ATM card. (Baik.

Customer: Thank you. (Terima kasih)

Bank clerk: You are every welcome. Please feel free to come here or contact us anytime when you are encountering a problem related to our service. Have a nice day, sir. (Sama-sama. Silakan datang lagi ke sini atau hubungi kami kapanpun Anda mengalami masalah terkait layanan kami. Semoga hari Anda menyenangkan, Pak)

Customer: Thanks. You too. (Terima kasih. Semoga hari Anda juga menyenangkan)

Dialog mengganti kartu ATM yang hilang

Customer: Good afternoon. (Selamat siang)

Bank clerk: Good afternoon, sir. How may I help you? (Selamat siang, Pak. Ada yang bisa saya bantu?)

Customer: I would like to report the loss of my ATM card. (Saya ingin melaporkan kartu ATM saya yang hilang)

Bank clerk: All right. May I know your card number, please? (Baik. Boleh saya tahu nomor kartunya?)

Customer: Sure. It is 009876543210. (Baik. Nomornya 009876543210)

Bank clerk: What is your name and address, please? (Nama dan alamat Anda?)

Customer: David Brown, West Street 5 Z City. (David Brown, Jalan Barat 5 Kota Z)

Bank clerk: Okay. Mr. Brown, do you remember when your card was lost? (Oke. Pak Brown, apakah Anda ingat kapan kartu Anda hilang?)

Customer: Well, I guess it was yesterday. I am not sure, but this morning, I realized I could not find my card when I wanted to make a withdrawal at an ATM. I had not been aware it was missing before that. The last time I used it was two days ago, so I believe it was either yesterday or two days ago that I lost the card. (Saya rasa kemarin.

Bank clerk: Okay. When and where did you last use your card? (Oke.

Customer: It was two days ago. I made a purchase at X Supermarket at East Street. (Dua hari yang lalu. Saya melakukan pembelian di Supermarket X di Jalan Timur)

Bank clerk: All right. It is a good thing that you report the loss immediately. I have just temporarily blocked the card in case it got stolen. I have also issued you with new card and a new pin. (Baik. Untungnya Anda segera melaporkan kehilangannya.

Customer: Thank you so much. When will I able to use the new card? (Terima kasih banyak. Kapan saya bisa menggunakan kartu barunya?)

Bank clerk: Two working days from now. (Dua hari kerja dari sekarang)

Customer: Nice! (Bagus!)

Bank clerk: Here is your new card. You can find the new pin inside the envelope. I suggest you to change the pin as soon as possible. Saya sarankan Anda mengganti pinnya segera)

Customer: Okay. Again, thank you so much. (Oke. Sekali lagi, terima kasih)

Bank clerk: You are very welcome. (Sama-sama)
