Dengue fever

Dengue fever is one of the deadliest diseases in the world. In Indonesia alone, dengue fever is a frequent case. The number of victims who died from this disease is the indicator. Dengue fever is a disease that occurs due to dengue virus infection carried by the Aedes Aegypti mosquito. This type of distribution is very broad, covering almost all tropical regions throughout the world.

Dengue fever is caused by two factors, namely internal factors and external factors. For internal factors, namely endurance or weak immunity. Weak immune system is usually found among children, especially those who have not been immunized. This immunization aims to prevent various kinds of diseases from childhood, so that when growing up, a person's immune system becomes stronger. Therefore, children are more susceptible to contracting or contracting dengue fever. However, it does not mean that only children who are prone to dengue fever, but the entire community, both young and old.
